Ahmedabad, August 5:
A prestigious academic felicitation ceremony was organized at the Gujarat University campus in honour of the newly appointed Vice Chancellor, Prof. (Dr.) Jagdish S. Joshi. The event was attended by the Deans, Medical Superintendents, and Medical Directors of all medical and dental colleges affiliated with Gujarat University.
The programme was successfully coordinated under the guidance of Dr. Mahesh Patel, EC Member of Gujarat University and Member of the National Medical Commission (NMC) and Gujarat Medical Council (GMC), along with Dr. Rashmikant Dave, Faculty Dean of Gujarat University.
Representing SAL Education and SAL Institute of Medical Sciences, Ahmedabad, Dr. Nitin Shah, CEO and Director of the institution, extended a warm welcome and felicitated Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Jagdish S. Joshi on behalf of Dr. Rajendra Shah, Chairman and Managing Director of SAL Education.
On this occasion, Dr. Nitin Shah briefed the Vice Chancellor about SAL Education’s visionary approach and its commitment to excellence in medical education, research, innovation, and quality healthcare services. He also expressed the institution’s commitment to extending full cooperation with Gujarat University in advancing medical education and achieving greater academic excellence.
During the ceremony, all the distinguished dignitaries conveyed their best wishes to Prof. (Dr.) Jagdish S. Joshi on his new responsibility and expressed confidence that under his leadership, Gujarat University would achieve new milestones in higher education and medical education.
